Meet Meghan this week for our Nurse Spotlight. Meghan is a unit-based educator at Waldo County General Hospital.

Why does Meghan love what she does?

“Teamwork is one of our greatest strengths as nurses, and although I miss working with patients, my job frees up others to look after those in need of care. I observe the happenings around me and know being a floor nurse or leader is challenging right now, and if my work helps them, that helps the patients and community in the long run, which is what matters most.”
