Mardi Gras in Maine kicks off on February 16th with a 6-course pairing dinner featuring traditional Mardi Gras fare 6 specialty Mardi Gras themed cocktails.
We will continue to serve special Mardi Gras themed menu showcasing some of the tasting dishes, other traditional Louisiana cuisine, and some of the Causeway Restaurant specialties from February 17th to 19th. The Causeway will be transformed into New Orleans and decorated with all of the traditional Mardi Gras flair.
