Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's City of Belfast Annual Report Cover Photo Contest!
We received many thoughtful, beautiful photographs this year from residents of Belfast, Mainers, and visitors from out of state. It was such fun to be on the receiving end and to have the opportunity to admire the work of so many talented photographers, both experienced and new.
It was a tough decision again this year, but we have decided on a submission from Chausa Tra. Please enjoy this special moment captured by Chausa on our Belfast Footbridge. Congratulations and thank you, Chausa!

"Children naturally live in the moment and they allow that moment to be what it is; magical and beautiful in every way. This moment was taken of my son, Xander, last year at the age of 3 enjoying what was left of the summer weather."
