Yesterday the Sheriff's Office and Waldo County TRIAD joined together for a senior appreciation lunch at the Tarratine Tribe #13 IORM in Belfast. There were about 20 vendors on site offering a wide range of services for seniors, the volunteers from Bank of America were on hand to help with food prep and service. A crew from the Maine Coastal Regional Reentry Center assisted with cooking and serving the meal, Sheriff Trafton, Chief Trundy, Sgt. Oettinger, Cpl. Fox and Belfast Police Chief Bob Cormier joined with all the volunteers to make this a fun and educational event for our local seniors. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making this a successful day!!
