Graduates earn 138 degrees from Unity College

About 55.8 percent of the 138 degrees and certificates handed out by Unity College in 2017-18 were to students in natural resources and conservation programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Unity conferred 71 bachelor's degrees and 5 master's degrees in natural resources and conservation programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in wildlife, fish and wildlands science and management. Data shows the school gave out 30 bachelor's degrees in wildlife, fish and wildlands science and management, followed by 26 bachelor's degrees in natural resources law enforcement and protective services and 18 bachelor's degrees in wildlife biology.

The college enrolled 814 students for 2017-18, including 735 in undergraduate programs and 79 in graduate programs.
